Zero Customer support for a Pro User
I have been emailing their customer support for days, and their so-called " SAM" AI agent told me that I would resort me to their human support. THEY NEVER DID. EMAILED THEM TWICE, and nothing happened. Not only did I lose my project midway and have to look for an extension, but wasted all my money! Such a terrible product!
