I created an account and activated it…

I created an account and activated it and took a bonus of $100 and traded and made profits and then I was told that the country where you live is not concerned. This is not fair. The bonus should not be given from the beginning, not after I achieve all these profits.

Please understand that the $100 bonus was part of a promotion automatically added to many accounts during the campaign period. It was not guaranteed for all countries, and the Terms and Conditions clearly specify that this promotion was only for clients from Bangladesh and Brazil.

We kindly ask all traders to read the Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in any promotion. The broker cannot be held responsible if the T&Cs are not reviewed prior to trading.

I registered and activated the account…

I registered and activated the account and was given the non-deposit bonus and I made profits with this bonus, knowing that I was told that you can withdraw the profits, but I wrote to their support and I was not responded to, but I expect that they are an honest and reliable company. I still don't know if I can withdraw or not.

We understand the excitement around the No Deposit Bonus (NDB), but it's important to carefully read the Terms & Conditions before participating in any promotional offer. Based on the official T&Cs of the NDB challenge, this specific promotion is only valid for residents of Bangladesh and Brazil. Unfortunately, Tunisia is not an eligible country for this offer.

Additionally, there are other important conditions that must be met to qualify for a withdrawal, including:

A minimum profit target of $150 (account balance must reach $250),

A minimum of 10 separate trading days,

A trading volume of at least 5 standard lots, and

Completion of full KYC verification.

If any of these criteria are not met or if the country of residence is not eligible profit withdrawal may not be possible.
