I have purchased 9 anycubic printers from the official site and from eBay refurbished. As with any piece of advanced machinery they all have their challenges. As long as you communicate with the Anycubic after sales technical support team, they will provide you with the very best support. Even after the warranty is over they will continue to support with advice and even a break on the cost of parts. I am overall pleased with the product and support. I am having a hard time choosing another printer. Even the leading brand.

Really recommend them forward staging spare parts for these machines so it doesn’t take 3 weeks to receive parts. Even for purchase. They should do a better job of having high fail spare parts available for purchase. Their supply chain is in need of upgrade.
