Reliable shop with competitive prices

I am really happy with approach of the shop. I found my new amflow bike with a very competitive price. The delivery was smooth and free. The bike was packed with care and well protected. I recommend this shop and working with Rosi.

Non-existing customer service

I deduct:
1 star for misleading CDW (insurance deductible) amounts. In reality they were much higher than promised by EconomyBookings.
1 star for difficult to reach and non helpful phone customer service which was not able to clarify the difference of the CDW.
1 start for no response on my web enquiry over 12 days. Never get it during my whole rental
