Absolutely the worst customer service - impossible to get in touch with. Repeated cancellations for install. You must use the App and it’s questionable GDPR - I was able to see times for installations at other customers.

After getting quotes from seven different suppliers, we settled with East Coast Energy. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Clear prompt and competitive quotation with all queries answered.

Install team arrived on time and were at all times tidy and professional. Quality of install was excellent. The bespoke user guide was a nice touch.

Prompt submittal of grant and NC6 forms.
