Poor packaging
Normally the fillaments would be well packed when ordering, yet this time the six spools came just wrapped in duct tape, not even securely.
The spool boxes corners were dented and dirty, and after removing the duct tape they were completely ruined, especially the stickers that are usually on the side of the box that indicate colour and material.

Order handled and delivered quickly
Order handled and delivered quickly. Toothbrush was placed into the shipping box lager than the toothbrush packaging and without much protection, but no damage came to the item.
I switched from manual brush to this one, and never before felt my teeth to be cleaner. Absolutely worth it.
