I am extremely disappointed with Airtel Wi-Fi and their customer service. The internet connection is highly unreliable, with frequent disconnections and poor speeds, making it impossible to work or even browse properly.

What is even more frustrating is the pathetic customer support. Despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no proper resolution. Every time I contact support, I receive the same generic responses and false assurances that the issue will be fixed soon, but nothing actually happens. There is no accountability, and customers are left waiting for hours or even days.

For the amount Airtel charges, this level of service is completely unacceptable. They are quick to collect payments but fail to provide the quality of service they promise. If you value a stable internet connection and responsive customer support, I strongly recommend avoiding Airtel Wi-Fi and choosing a provider that actually cares about its customers.
