Review of No Win No Fee Employment Law Advocates

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Sandy Ward - highly recommended legal employment advocate

I had a truly positive experience working with Sandy Ward during a very challenging and stressful period, and I am so glad I contacted Work Law before resigning out of exhaustion. From our first conversation, Sandy was calm, compassionate and genuinely took the time to understand my situation.

She balanced empathy with professionalism, providing thoughtful, measured advice throughout the process. She made a difficult situation feel manageable and gave me confidence when I needed it most.

Sandy's communication was outstanding—clear, pragmatic and outcome focused. She combines genuine warmth with strong resolve and is clearly an exceptionally skilled & experienced advocate who is not going to be intimidated while negotiating! I felt I had someone firmly in my corner who was both compassionate and highly effective.

I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone needing an employment advocate, she combines exceptional expertise with kindness, integrity and genuine care for her clients. Thank you Sandy.

Review of GrabOne

Grab One - Terrible customer service

I brought a hair voucher from Grab One. I tried calling salon, no answer despite calling multiple times. I went on their FB page, (they don't have a website). The salon's most current post stated they were closed until Feb. I immediately contacted Grab One to explain. They finally came back to me saying, "it was a post from last year". I advised that I could no longer use the voucher now, as I had gone elsewhere for my cut & colour, given my understanding, (from Hair Dot Com's misleading post), was that they were closed. Yes - I misread the tiny date stamp on the post, but given I had contacted Grab One immediately to explain situation, I would have thought they could have been somewhat understanding. The salon was also very rude & condescending when I asked if I could extend voucher until March, very unpleasant. I think Grab One sells these vouchers which look like a good deal, but then it is almost impossible to make a booking, you get terrible customer service & they are just so unreasonable. The "great deals" are misleading and now they are refusing to refund my $180, for a service I cannot use. Hair Dot Com and Grab One seem like scammers with these vouchers.
