1) Horrible customer service
2) ridiculous time-line
I strongly discourage using them
Was expecting a package from Temu, didn't show up. no proof of delivery. So I started calling the customer service 1800-452-3304 since Jan 2 2024 and was told that I will be sent the proof of delivery (photo) via email once they've found that, and if there's no further update I shall call the same number 2 days later.
Up to this point, I've called them 6 times in total, each time was "oh you should keep waiting, the only thing you can do is to wait". What really disappointed me was that 5 mins ago, their customer service raised their voice and even hanged up on me.
