We will be moving to Portugal soon. Having to navigate the logistics of the move along with setting up our new support networks is a daunting challenge. We decided to move to Portugal over 3 years ago before I had even retired. We contacted Viv Europe (after reading their reviews) and started the planning process so that as soon as I was retired, we could apply for D7 visas. Then, late last year, with only a few months of work left to go, Matheus started guiding us through the steps — NIFs, bank accounts, VFS appointment, accommodation, insurance, apostilles, and consular paperwork. Given Matheus’ expertise, we were able to successfully present our applications and our visas were granted 6 weeks later. We are very grateful to the entire Viv Europe staff and especially Victor and Kyle who have been instrumental, dedicated, and equally supportive and generous with their time. We know that we would not have been able to accomplish this much-desired goal without their indefatigable efforts. Thank you all again!
