Money not refunded
On November 28, I sent €510.94 for order number 22428753 to the bank account BE21967215857803 listed in their email.
They claim that the order did not go through.
To this day (17 december 2023), I have not received the ordered goods or my money back.
Edit: Payment was refunded after 23 days (22 december 2023)
