Good but room for improvement
I rented a car from Car Net in Bialysyok and had a mixed experience:
1. Booking: easy and seamless, online 2. Prices: competitive and insurance excess waiver worth taking
3. Car: very good, new and clean
4. Collection point: not in the town center, but only 10 min with a Uber
5. Collection and returning: room for improvement for two reasons. On collecting the car, a Cat Net staff member got all our data, but haven’t detailed the terms of the contract, as it is usual in car rental, and haven’t provided instructions for returning the car. A minute after I was given the car key, he vanished. And when I tried to go back into the office to ask for more information, the door was locked. Before returning the car, I called Car Net to ask whether I could return it in the evening before the contract expired, and I was told that someone from the Bialystok branch would contact me to provide me with instructions. But noboby called me. I returned the car at the agreed time and date, only to find the office closed. I had to call a number for instructions on where to leave the keys. UPDATED ON 02/06/2026: I only now realized that someone tried to contact me about the return, but via phone text message. It would be more effective by a direct call.
All in all, good price and car, room for improvement in service.
