When you created your Trade in you selected the Good condition which must have ‘No scratches, cracks, chips, bends, damage or any sign of use on the device whatsoever. It powers on and functions as new’.
However once received and assessed by our technicians, we found your device had LCD burn. This meant your device matched our faulty condition and so the revised value was given.
