They’ve just emailed me to let me know that my recently deceased beloved pet’s insurance is up for renewal in December, despite me having notified them that he passed away and them confirming that the account was closed. Very upsetting.

I’d love Asendia to reply to this and let me know that occasionally things go wrong…
This is the SECOND time my package has been lost in the ether. The first time, the tracking said the package had arrive in my country when it hadn’t. I contacted the seller to let them know and they agreed to send me a replacement for the missing package. Unfortunately they used Asendia again and guess what….package #2 has now spent 2 weeks sitting in a distribution centre in Palatine according to the tracking - didn’t even make it to Elk Village! Of course customer services aren’t responding to my emails. The comments are limited on all their insta posts which is always telling 👀….I’ll be certain to check which shipping company is being used in future before buying anything, that’s for sure
