I recently reviewed Navy Professional products and services and thought it necessary to do a follow-up because this company is truly impressive.

Since my purchase, customer's service has diligently worked to resolve a small issue quickly and professionally. Very impressive!

Further, after a couple of weeks of using the Cuticle Balm, my hands are finally looking like their younger self. Another observation and it may be a coincidence, my nail beds are much smoother and whiter…what a bonus.

The Lip Balm is also very nourishing and soothing. I have just placed a second order to keep in my bag.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company! Quality and service are truly outstanding!

At first glance, shopping on the Navy website is a feast for the eyes. The products are showcased and photographed gorgeously and the specifications are quick and easy to access and skim.

A quick question about my order resulted in a prompt and complete response from customer’s service. So at this point, my thoughts…excellent!

Once I received my order, this is where I felt that excellence and quality started to compete! The products are a dream. Every item I unwrapped and tried was one indulgence after the next. The packaging is so special and I loved the attention to every detail. After a few days of use I feel that the products are very gentil, nourishing and smell amazing!

The only little upset unfortunately was that we had a bit of a heat wave in our area and the package was in the mail truck all day. The first item I opened was the Navy® Cuticle Balm that had melted, liquified and dripped all over. I put the entire container in the fridge for five minuets and all was well. I lost 1/2 the product sadly so perhaps Navy can use a better container?

Although Navy ships to the US, I do wish the products were sold here so I could try all of the products and purchase them quickly. I am looking forward to more purchases from Navy!

Beautiful quality products and excellent customer’s service…can’t decide which is better!

I've been purchasing from Ann's for a couple of years but only small ticket items. This was the first time I purchased an investment piece and I must say it was over the moon. The care and attention Ann's takes from the site posting and description to the sweet note included with the package make unboxing their items a delight. I look forward to scoring more items on this site.
