My son's gun can no longer be charged
My son's gun can no longer be charged. I have been trying to find out how this can be repaired since it was bought in Feb 2023 but I have not gotten answers despite several emails. (no phone contact is possible)

My son was very happy when I told him a solution has been found!

Not good experience at all
Not good experience at all. Parcel was held and they told me that it was my mistake etc. In end released but had to pay extra duties due to missing paperwork…

Sorry your parcel was held by customs. We unfortunately have no authority over how long a countries customs takes to process a parcel. We are doing all we can to make sure we work with couriers to eliminate extra duties but unfortunately sometimes this cannot be prevented.
