Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My order was canceled because of a pricing error, even though I had already placed the order. I understand that mistakes can happen with prices, but canceling the entire order instead of removing the faulty products or making it possible to get the other products at the payed price is disappointing.

Our site had a technical error and few products were listed without price, which you unfortunately had on your order. Due to our terms, we canceled the order since the pricing was clearly an error. Unfortunately we were not able to just cancel the faulty items and we had to cancel the entire order for you, but instead had to request you to place a new order. We are sorry for the inconvenience and extra effort!
