Im a regular with MyAuto Shop, I wouldn't go anywhere else, I read reviews from disgruntled people, I'm a woman that don't know Jane s about cars but they have a services page that you cannot go wrong, I told them I tried to fit new spark plugs but found oil leaking, and the tops were splitting the ones that holds the spark plug in, told him the sound my car made and instantly he said could be new gasket or maybe coils, so Anton arrived he fix it minus the coil and then started it poooof of smoke so he put new coils in because he said putting one in may not help with the other 3, he said my advice do all 4, and wallah I'm a happy lady. Awesome service

Botany postie plus staff absolutely lovely and helpful girls, I went in there abit peeved off because I hadn't received my order, but I was greeted with a big smile and a welcoming greeting, now her manager wasn't there so I told her I will come back which I did and walked in to another big smile well what can I say after that, she assured me it will be delivered Monday and it was, so I walked out of there thinking I was peeved off and walked out of there without my order and with a smile on my face, thank you girls for reminding me we're all human. That was on Saturday btw

I wrote a review on the clothes I bought, maybe I was hasty in replying, the clothes were not what I expected but because they were cheaper than anywhere else I shouldn't have given a bad review, so i have deleted my previous review and apologise. The makeup, and accessories were gorgeous and kitchen stuff. Since then I have learnt be nice people

Went to Countdown Botany yesterday 7/09/23, as I walked in there's a bin with RASPBERRY TRIFLE in it, it looked yum so I bought a container. I gave some to my granddaughter 7years old and to my daughter 8 months pregnant , they both took a spoonful and spat it out, I said what's wrong they said taste it, omg, the sugar content was so high, it was like the chystals of some sort had not dissolved, I could grind them between my teeth, absolutely disgusting, first time I had to complain. Other than that I love Countdown Botany.

I learnt from previous shopping online with just jeans, if you are a size 16 please people order a size 14, or if you are a large order a medium, I have given the a 5 because 3 day's delivery, sizes are on point, and everything I order is exactly or even better than the picture, I order once a week from them , shirts, jacket, jeans, pants you name it I got it , VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

I am so grateful I looked up the reviews first, this is a fraudulent operation. Thank goodness for reviews

I was going to moan but I changed my mind, My package arrived 9 days later and everything was ok, then I thought about the big moan I worked myself into, then I realised this Company has dropped the prices way below a third of the cost so then I realised they would have a lot of pressure trying to get all these orders out and trying to please everyone would've impossible, so in my mind PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE

All I can say is you hired the right person that took my call, Rachel, oh dear I hope that's her name, very bubbly and helpful, she said my quote would get to me within half hour I got it in 15 minutes, very happy lady here
