Didn’t get a delivery time till two day after order then it was put up as 8 am to 8 pm. Shame the driver didn’t delivery them till 9 pm. And when opened flower where in need of water badly. Also these where for a 70th birthday. Bit late in the day to get your flowers And still waiting for my email to say have been delivery. I wonder why that is

Hi there, I'm ever so sorry to hear your recipient's birthday blooms didn't arrive till later in the evening and also your updates were delayed - this is not at all what we'd expected! We do send our blooms in bud so they can look a little thirsty on arrival however I'm so sorry if they spoilt the first impressions of your lovely gift.
