I love this product! The education and guidance they provide on proper usage is also very helpful.My only concern is that the product seems to run out fairly quickly, and the tubes sometimes appear not to be fully filled upon delivery. Other than that, I truly love the results this product delivers.

This was my second time using this company, but unfortunately it will be my last. I was assured I would have their best and top mover support, which is why I chose to hire them again. However, on the day of my move they arrived an hour and a half late and didn’t even call to inform me. I had to reach out to them myself to find out what was going on.

Because of the inconvenience, I asked if any type of compensation could be offered. I was told they would “do something” after the move was completed. In the end, they only offered 10% off the cost of one hour, even though they were nearly two hours late and showed little concern for the disruption it caused.

Overall, the lack of communication and the minimal effort to make things right left a very poor impression. I will not be using their services again.
