I ordered a cycling jacket. The delivery status was delivered but I never actually received the item. It was probably stolen by someone as the courier left it near the post boxes, rather than in front of my flat.
I raised a query with SportOkay. They promptly sent me a claim form to complete against the courier. I did this but did not have much confidence so raised a claim with Paypal for a refund. This was declined by Paypal because they said the delivery status was marked as delivered.
After some weeks passed I received an unexpected email from SportOkay for the original claim raised with the courier and they issued me a refund for the full amount! Cannot fault their customer service, and for this reason I will definitely use them in the future.
