Order 86769. I have constant knee pain and about a year ago I ordered a sajada prayer mat - loved it, fantastic in easing my knee pain somewhat. This review is in relation to a recent order of 3 mats as a gift for family and friends, raving about how wonderful these mats are. However the foam padding was a lot thinner and not as dense. So disappointed, as they do little for joint pain. This review is now an update on this particular order. The company reached out, and I provided images of the issue, they were extremely sympathetic and concerned as this was not their usual standard, and they have opened a investigation into why this batch did not meet their normal standards – and this is good to know. Sajada kindly offered to either refund or replace the mats. When researching companies, exceptional reviews do give confidence. But what is also of relevance, as mistake can and do happen, is what happens when things go wrong, this really is the deciding factor for me and many people. I am happy to report that my experience with customer service has been positive. It is reassuring to know that if I place any future orders, the standard is still high and that any problems are dealt with compassion, consideration, and fairness. So, in short, if I need prayer mats, I would be happy to order from Sajada again, with full confidence.

The first issue - and this is partly the delivery companies fault. The box was clearly labelled 'this side up'. the delivery company delivered the box stood on it side regardless. 2 of the paint tins had been sealed with cellotape only and had leaked.

Secondly - the only tin that had clips around the lid to prevent leakage and then the cellopane - was the radiator paint. The cellophane pulled the label off when unpacking to use and underneath was the original paint label - yacht paint - not radiator paint.

would i buy from paint shed again - NO - not when they clearly re-label paint tins and sell then as a different type of paint altogether.

struggled a little with the instructions - in the end just used the product key instead of the telephone route (this was never given as an option). Worked fine. Very pleased. thank you
