Arrangement and handling of tire exchange went absolutely well and just in time.
The quality was okay and the car ready to drive incl. reset of tire pressure in the system.

In a second step I got a professional and informative description of all possibilities related to my wishes.
Finally, the arrangement and handling of all contract issues went fast and correct, all questions about conditions, start, installation etc. were answered.

Die Einfahrt ins Parkhaus war sehr gut beschrieben, wobei die Hilfe des sofort verfügbaren Kundenservice gebraucht wurde, da der QR-Code nicht gelesen werden konnte.

The delivery went on time as expected but at the end I didn’t receive any message to pickup my goods „somewhere“.
Needed a lot of time to find out together with the supplier where my order stays.
This need to be improved please

The procedure to order the pieces was professional done and the payment was arranged properly.
The problem occurred as the announced delivery time of 2 weeks was superseded by 2 additional weeks. At least the pieces were found - not correctly booked and stored at the wrong place.
The product himself is a good quality and we are happy with the parts.

Beside all the internal procedures within CODAN Skade Afdeling I felt lost some times.
The information provided by me were not read carefully and taken into account.
It needed 2 month after the failure was repaired by the VVS Company to come to a conclusion.

Von der online-Bestellung bis zur Abholung im Markt hat es sehr gut funktioniert.
Einzig das Umladen meiner gekauften Waren vom bereitgestellten Wagen auf einen „offiziellen Einkaufswagen“ hat unnötigen Aufwand bedeutet. Das kann man durchaus weglassen.
