Things don't always go right - that's part and parcel of business - but IBC are so easy to raise issues with which get resolved quickly if it's within their power to resolve, and if not they do what they can to help. A lot of our deliveries have to come packed in a certain way and they have always been so incredibly accommodating in that sense. Can't ask for more!

Customer service aside, the products are fantastic. Great range, yummy flavours, helpful recipes/ideas, and it's great that they're always thinking of new things to freshen things up.

Great system for HR, with an awesome app to go alongside it. Very clear on how things works with lots of helpful guides and FAQs to cover most questions, with a team as backup for the harder queries. Love using it!
