Our lift PCB issue started from June 2025 . complaint raised that service guy mr Devbanu .He didn't know anything about lift technical knowledge.every time he attended (AMC) service only did dusting.No any technical person didn't come & try to swallow the issue.17 /01/26 raised again same complaint in their helpline no they visited site nothing happened & 19 th visited nothing happened today 22nd visited nothing happened. They only taken AMC every year Rs 45000/ + GST ( gold) didn't replace PCB So don't buy KONE Lift or Elevator.their service team is very poor & useless, Kone has cheating company.my equipment no 42889187, Bangalore HSR layout

Worst coustomer service in bangalore HSR layout, They are only taken AMC payment after a 15 days they didn't raise the invoice will ask to kone people They act like government official (exp : will send it accounts wait another 8 days. Other Lift company in bangalore maximum 2 to 3 days they will raise the invoice.
In service matter they didn't replace any parts which mentioned in AMC contract they again' demanding money Think twice before installing KONE lift.

Big basket delivery persons are rowdy element attitude.
We never order Big basket.

Worst Service
We are using KONE Elevator in our building past 3 years. Last week rain water enter our Lift pit. After inspected service engineer and raised the quetion we also made the payment their A/C immediately (online) sent to refrence no also.
After that till the date service engineer or any Kone people not start any work nor any person pick the call.
Worst experience to me.
Let think twice installing before Kone lift.
