They gave times of arrival the night before and on going during morning. They were polite and explained the 3 seater wouldn't fit because of a meter cupboard. Helped my husband remove it and replace. Great.

The member of staff was very helpful without following us around all the time. This enabled us to choose our suite without feeling badgered as happens in some stores.
