Just had our taap installed today by Brett who was really helpful and professional. He gave me the options on where in our kitchen he could place the tapp, and when I explained we were having a dishwasher fitted next week, he made sure there was a spare attachment left for this. He talked me through how to operate the tapp and the installation itself was seamless. Thank you so much, the cold water tastes like pure cold water should 😊

The two delivery drivers, both named James!, were very polite and professional. I received an email the day before and 2 text messages on the morning of the delivery stating my delivery window. They removed their boots before coming in and brought the mattress upstairs as requested. A care guide was left with me too. Thank you 😊

Mo was fantastic at helping us choose the perfect mattress. He showed us all the options we were interested in, ie cooling mattresses, and explained the pricing structure clearly, pointing out all the available offers and differences between the materials used. Furdeco sent texts and emails confirming delivery within a 3 hour time slot. They then telephoned 20 mins before they arrived and came on time within their delivery window as promised. Great communication and service - thank you.
