The wealth management team at Merrill Lynch is amazing. While they have managed our financials for years now and done an amazing job, they have helped me keep my sanity while getting my parents estate in order after my dad died. They know me, my family, they care and it shows. My parents had accounts in 10 different financial institutions, which many I found are incompetent or potentially crooks, the team at Merrill Lynch helped me get through all those bank process, get the estate under control and protected. I trust them completely. They partner well with our attorneys and tax team to make sure everything is in order with limited effort required by me. I couldn't have survived this past year without them.

Long wait times, few locations in far places, I spent 4 hours in a branch office and 3 months later still nothing is completed, they give incorrect instructions at every turn. The level of incompetence is so high, it makes me feel it is in purpose. I am closing every account with them; the savings you may be getting is not worth it in the end.

I would give them a zero. If you want your money managed by crooks create an account with Charles Schwab. If not crooks, they are incompetent. They are holding my kid's college fund account's hostage, they don't understand Federal or State law, they ignore court orders, they keep coming up with excuses on why they can't process anything. Almost a year later, and I now have to take them to court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
