Rocky start, but all is well that ends well
** Long, but edits below **
As a new customer the experience has been horrible.
The eSim install and activation doesn't work, the chat bot regurgitates the same "help" again and again.
No humans available outside of office hours on weekdays which means that since I was moved over and supposedly activated today (Friday), the whole Friday to Monday period (inclusive) will be without being able to use my phone number.
I'm really regretting falling for their marketing BS.

Update 01.06.2026
--
I finally got through to a human on the app chat after around a 1 hour wait period (horrible way to communicate in my opinion, not all of us are good with phone keyboards) and got the provisioning resolved.
As compensation for 3,5 days of no phone, I would have been happy with an extra month at the reduced intro price. But what I got was a whole 10kr! credit, which is a joke in bad taste. And when I said I wanted this escalated I was told to write an email, which I had done already on the Friday, but of course that has not been answered yet, with the auto-reply saying they reply "normally within 5 days".
On the minus side, there is no service outside of office hours during the work week, there is no phone number you can call to talk to someone and the support doesn't really go beyond the basic expectations.
On the plus side, now I am correctly provisioned and the humans are helpful up to a point, but the whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Thanks to Rasmus for responding to this review, but I don't like being "handled" with boilerplate phrasing, it feels too much like another bot.
Based on the above, I'm raising my review from one star, to two.

-- 13.06.2026 --
Now it's been over 2 weeks since I sent an email to the only email address available without any reply. That is even though it is given as the only option for contact outside of the web chat (which is during office hours only). How am I supposed to escalate an issue when there never is any response?
Based on this, back down to 1 star and I'm going back to my old provider as soon as possible.
** edit 3 - 24.06.2026 **
Well, after being encouraged by the Eesy customer relations here on Trustpilot, I sent an email this weekend expecting a prompt response to my case, but no surprise really, there's zero response.
Since the last edit I've taken another look at the terms and conditions from Eesy, and according to their own document, I should have been compensated 50 kr per day without connectivity, totalling 200kr, not the 10kr that was "generously" offered.
** 29.06.2026 - Final edit (hopefully) **
I got a reply from Rasmus at Eesy.dk and he explained the delay in reply was due to a holiday.
He has resolved all grievances to my satisfaction, which is pretty impressive considering how annoyed I was, and therefore I'm updating my rating to 4 stars.
I've also changed the title from "Bad experience, no real help outside office hours (or ever)" to the current one.
So, if it hadn't been for the rocky start with the provisioning and the delays with getting my issue resolved, Eesy.dk would have earned 5 stars.

AP Pension has the worst service.
AP Pension has the worst service.
After filing a insurance claim in early September 2023 and not hearing anything back, I contacted them again a month later where they said "sorry, we didn't 'see' your claim", but somehow they could see it in the system after I called to follow up. In November they evaluated my claim but never got back to me about the result. So in December 2023 I follow up where they say "oh sorry, your claim is valid, but the computer says no". Now over 7 months after the claim, which they acknowledge is valid and accepted, I still have received nothing but excuses and evasions.
If you have the choice, stay away, because they will not help you when you actually need it.
*** Edit for reply from AP Pension on 10.04.2024 ***
I'm sure if you'd actually look in your CRM you'd see what the situation is instead of trying something that looks like misdirection.
Also, magically after posting this review, I heard back from customer service that due to computer issues, there had been delays, but everything would be finalized by late next week. Problem is I've been hearing that for months now, so I'll believe it when I see it.

Mixed experience
Good selection, ok prices.
Delivery part was however underwhelming.
Their delivery partner, GLS, didn't deliver to my house even though I paid for it. And when I contact Musclehouse for a refund, they say it's a GLS issue.
GLS just ignores all complaints from the receiver of the package so it looks like I'm out the money for the delivery fee and Musclehouse is out a customer.

Yet another non-attempt delivery
I was waiting for a package delivery at home today when I got a notification on my phone and in email that a delivery attempt had been made but failed and I could pick up the package from a pakkeshop.
This of course is bs since I'm working from home and there was no knock on the door, nor did the doorbell ring nor was there a note in my mailbox. To add insult to injury they didn't even put it in the pakkeshop nearest to me. I'm basically paying 45kr for nothing and there's no way to request a refund.
As this is not the first this has happened to me with GLS "deliveries" I have started to see a pattern:
It seems to happen everytime the weather is bad (it was raining) or the driver is running late.
Why shops continue to use this company is beyond me.
** edit for reply below **
If that is the case, please present the evidence to me, I'd love to see it and admit I'm wrong. Otherwise this is just a gaslighting attempt by you and by extension GLS.
But I doubt that will happen, because I was home all day and didn't hear the bell ring, a knock on the door or see a note in my mailbox.
Based on the GPS info from your own website (see below)
it was already entered while in TAASTRUP, which is not the same as HILLERØD which was the delivery address

The parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent.

It's been over 2 weeks and nothing was provided, so I can only conclude that I was mislead by GLS media person.

Good experience all around.
Order and delivery were smooth and prompt.
Had a defect issue with one of the items in my order that was resolved smoothly and to my satisfaction.
They even offered cross-shipping on the defective item.
Recommended.

Incredibly long wait for fiber (finally resolved)
On June 6th 2021 I ordered a fiber connection from Hiper which was supposed to be available at no extra cost and I could have a temporary cable connection while waiting.
Then on June 28th 2021 I was told it was not possible unless I paid DKK 699 for hooking up my house. I agreed, since I wanted that connection ASAP. I'm still waiting for it.
July 30th I get my first invoice with wrong billing, where I'm charge for both Cable and Fiber connection for overlapping periods.
Needless to say, this was wrong, no Fiber connection had been delivered, but they were happy to charge for it regardless. It was only after I followed up that the overpayment was refunded.
August 9th 2021, I receive an update that it'll be installed on August 13th.
Very same day I receive another update that the connection is delayed for an unknown period.
September 20th 2021 I follow up again, and am informed there's no update but they'll contact me as soon as there's any news.
February 3rd 2022 Hiper writes to let me know they haven't forgotten me.
In march 2022 TDC technicians show up and set up the box outside my house.
August 29th 2022, after checking with TDC that my house is indeed serviceable, I follow up again with Hiper and get the reply back that they are awaiting some microchips out to central, whatever that means.
March 29th 2023, check with TDC again and my house is still serviceable so yet another follow up with Hiper and currently waiting for the answer.
I can understand that there are delays for various reasons, but 20 months after ordering a Fiber connection I'm still waiting. During that time, everytime I checked the Hiper website my address is listed as connectable to fiber.
2 stars because the cable connection works, it's just not the connection I wanted.
** Edit 0 for reply **
Either you can service an address or you can't. If you can't that is fine, just say it instead of stringing me along.
** Edit 1 for latest developments **
Today, 30.03.2023, aside from the first reply to this review, I receive an email from Hiper where they say they will have an update for me in about a months time.
I also get two invoices from them, one for a single day of fiber connection 30.03.2023 - 31.03.2023 which is already withdrawn from my account AND another invoice for a fiber connection in April to the amount of DKK 319,- where they complain that that particular payment failed.
Downgraded to 1 star for that.
** Edit 2 for latest developments **
31.03.2023
Have been contacted by Hiper Customer support about the extra billing error and once the money has been refunded, I'll update my review. Happy to see some of the pro-activeness that I'd been missing.
* And the update:
Well, no refund, just credit. So I guess I'm lending them money now. Yay?
Upgrade to 3 stars.
** Edit 3 for final update **
19.10.2023
I finally got my fiber and am reasonably satisfied with it, even though upload speeds are only half of what's advertised.
I feel any annoyances could have been avoided by clearer communication as to where the hold up was happening, telling me repeatedly it was a "missing chip" meant nothing, where as saying TDC hadn't finished setup in my area would have been understandable.

Competitive prices
Competitive prices, decent selection of items.
Any issues or complaints are dealt with promptly.
Only gripe is that occasionally the vegetables and fruit aren't the freshest (but still mostly edible)
