I am extremely shocked by this company and its employees/management. Ordered 1 product almost 2 months ago for which the payment was debited from my account meanwhilst no order confirmation received. When i asked for the order to be sent after sending the proof of payment or a refund, never heard back except for the fact that its busy. How is it busy to revert the payment when the order was never processed or sent. I have written continuously and called, spoken to Qasim, Nada and nothing. This is legally fradulent and the fact that they are witholding someone's money without making any effort to transfer this back not only disgusts me but I wonder how they can legally conduct business in any country.
