Subdial made me the most generous offer.
Sent me a label and packaging for my item.
Arranged collection of my watch.
Received my watch, processed within 25 hrs and paid me the agreed amount.
Nearly always you expect the company to try and haggle you out of some money for some nonsense they try to find at the last minute.
But not these guys, they paid me the agreed amount first time.
Really can’t fault the service.
And you can WhatsApp them if you have questions etc

Our experience with TWC - An honest review…
Initial sales consultation with Ross was great.
Surveyor experience was great (Darren).
Initial install was awful - can’t remember the guy’s name. Came home and found one glass pane cracked, couple of the doors and windows didn’t open and close correctly, cladding didn’t match front door (as promised) and general quality of install was poor…
However, we contacted a manager, who took immediate ownership of the problems and sent some different employees round (top guys- Mark & Raf) who corrected every issue that we highlighted.
The install is now top notch and very professional.
So, in essence, the initial install was poor. But the customer service kicked in, they turned it around and did a great job. Despite the initial issues we will use TWC again because the end result is spot on.
TWC were a bit more expensive than the competition but it was worth paying the little bit extra because they care and will make sure that you get a proper job done.
With a smaller company, you might have issues… and they might not want to know or put it right once they have your money.

I never usually bother with things like this. I think too many stores ask for good feedback when the service is often mediocre. However, today we were served by Craig Reade in the Swindon store and he was excellent. He spent quite a bit of time with us explaining the products and comparing them with us, helping us to decide the best options based on our requirements. He obviously knew his stuff and couldn’t have been more helpful. A genuinely great shopping experience that you don’t get often these days. Thank you

Jamie at Furniture World was very helpful with our purchase in store today. He made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable on the products. I look forward to receiving everything! 10/10 experience so far!
