The delivery was fast but for the price of the delivery i would expect it to be. The trainers i ordered are good however the shoe box was ripped and bashed and the shoes looked like they had just been thrown inside. This was ordered as a birthday gift so i was disappointed that the box is so damaged especially as this isnt a cheap item and purchased from a store where people expect good quality and designer brands.

Delivery issues occurred. Customer service is very difficult. I waited 2 months for my delivey. Very stressful.

Now the item is here its good i just wish i didnt have the stress getting it

I love the glasses from Lensmart! I have ordered from similar online stores such as Glasses direct and Firmoo, and though the glasses are good for the price, Lensmart pairs ive had beat them hands down. The quality feels better, the finish on the lenses is better and i LOVE the choice of styles my first order i purchased 6 pairs with perscription lenses, i need to wear glasses all the time. 6 pairs plus delivery cost me £53 !! (Delivery was free due to the value of the order i placed and i used a discount code they sent me for signing up to custoner emails for 15% off)

Dont bother ordering from here.
They sent me the total wrong item then tried to deny it even after i sent screenshots of my order confirmation with products and product codes on. My partner then emailed and got a diff member of staff reply who sent me a prepaid 48 hr return label. More then 2 weeks later i tracked parcel wich they had recieved 2 days after i posted it. I still had no refund.
Luckily i paid with Kalarna so reported it to them and next day id been refunded the payment. No email, appology or acknowledgement from the company that they even had recieved the return wich was there own error too!!
I dont think id even have had a refund yet if it wasnt for kalarna as i emailed after tracking the return and still git no reply from sandersons.

Now looking at reviews i see yhey have many negative, wish i looked sooner. Id give 0 stars if i could.

Ive a few sets from Unwonted now.
The fit and material is great.

Drew greeted me while I was looking at cars for sale. He wasn't pushy and I was able to test drive the car on my own. The car was ready to be collected 2 weeks later bur unfortunately when I went to get it a tyre was flat and the drivers seat had been damaged and ripped by some one who had handled it during that time, either for the mot, service or valet. I pointed this out to drew who couldn't have been more apologetic. The tyre was replaced the next morning and it's booked into have the seat recovered.

Sure it would have been easier if this hadn't have happened but accidents can happen and the company have been helpful in putting it fight for me so far so hopefully will all be fixed smoothly.

Can't be more grateful for drews manor at this point as I am a nervy person at times

This product is awful dont buy it.
It smells awful and it doesn't stop my armpits sweatting at the gym even slightly!

Id rarther sweat then smell like this though any way its an awful smell!

I like this shop. The clothes are lovely and very much my style. I got a free little tape measure in my last order to help with sozing wich was a nice touch.
Dresses ate lovely.
Takes a little while to arrive like a week or so.

Good product, good price and was delivered fast and efficiently. Packed well too. I cant find any point to fault on.
