Wish I checked here first..

Just cost me £60 to return something.. and not once did it says I needed a printer. I pay and think it's all complete and it says I need to complete booking.. so I do that and it says 'Print documents'

I don't own a printer.. nor do I know anyone that owns a printer. So I have to cancel it.. and they charge you £5!

I always use purple parking, especially as they have the car scanner back! (it's been upgraded!)..

Years ago my wing mirror came off and luckily the old scanner meant I was able to prove it was done whilst the car was there, so v happy it's back.

I accidentally made a duplicate booking yesterday, and got an email to ask me if that was correct which was great. It did say I was able to only get a voucher so I spoke to customer support (very quickly) and were able to refund it instead.

They also said I had a voucher and gave me the code to use in future, so very happy with the support

excellent value for money. vanilla cinamon flavour tastes UNBELIEVABLE. the starter pack comes with excellent quality scoop, whisk and cup with a lid for hot or cold drinks. really pleased will definitely buy again

Terrible quality, clothes don’t match the pictures. Sizes are all off (unless you have the body of kim kardashian). And the return postage is £25. They tell you to keep them and offer 5% off otherwise.

So far, I'm bloody blown away! I was stuck with Scottish Power during the time you're unable to change due to pricing.. so soon as I realised I could move to Octopus I did.

The transferring process was so easy I didn't even have to do anything.

Now they're sending me offers, where if I use less electricity between 4.30-6pm I can earn points and save money!

They respond SUPER quick to emails.. and are very friendly and helpful.

I also got £50 for me and £50 for my friend when I referred them, and they were saving nearly £50 a month compared to their old supplier. My current monthly DD is cheaper than it was with SP in Summer, all year round, so I'm v pleased.

All in all, absolute 10/10, no complaints whatsoever, highly recommend!
