We used the boundless live chat and that was much better than using their email service. I would highly recommend talking to them through that chat. The customer service rep was very nice, quick, and clear in her answers.

The delivery for pellets came very fast but they did not place it where I specifically wrote for them to place it. They dropped off the pellets quite far away from where I told them to and in the most obviously dumb spot. The pellets are now almost sitting in the road and when you drive past it you feel as though you are going to hit them with your car and now I have to manually move 1800kg of pellets, by hand, to the place where I asked them to be.
If I hadn't written a note specifying where I wanted them, I would be much more understanding but considering the circumstances, I'm a little upset about this.
I will not be using Have handel again because of this. And would not recommend using them unless you can be home to direct them to where they should logically place your delivery.

Hello Miriam.
The problem here is that you have chosen our standard delivery. This includes a regular palletlifter, which can only drive on asphalt, tiles and the likes of these.
In your driveway and all the way to your garagedoor, you have a uneven stone driveway, which the palletlifter cannot drive on, especially with 975 kg of pellets.
If you instead would have ordered a delivery by mobiletruck, there wouldnt have been any issue.
