We are sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't been delivered to you within the expected delivery time-frame.
We are doing our very best to ensure a timely delivery of our products, sadly customs is a process that can at times cause some complications in delivery and it out of our hands.
The reason for the tracking link not working is that it only works after PostNord has taken over the parcel, which happens after the customs checkpoint.
