While, like others, I got a Shutterstock subscription I didn't think I had asked for. I was able to speak with Jim via chat and get it refunded. I had downloaded one picture that I wanted, but after I paid for that, my refund came. There was good communication with the representative.

I have used Quicken for years. I love the ability to be exact about my financial situation. I download transactions daily and use Quicken to plan for future expenses.

I've used Quicken and loved it for a very long time. I love the ability to download my transaction, balance my checkbook to the penny, and plan for future expenses. I just wish I had more help understanding some of the features I don't currently use. I'd like a Quicken class on different areas such as tracking investments. using the business section, etc.
