I ordered 29.11.20 on the RB App it says goods were shipped 04.12.20 with estimated delivery 09/10.12.20 it’s now 21.12.20 and the good still haven’t arrived. When I try to track my order in the RB App it says “ your delivery status is not available “ I sent an e-mail to the RB customer service and they just replied that it was shipped 04.12.20, which wasn’t helpful at all since I already had that Info in the app, I sent a second e-mail and still no reply. So far RB have taken my money and I still have no goods and no idea if I will ever get them.
