This was my second use of VisaHero, for a Visa this time. I selected all options, since my experience with VisaHero was very positive from my expedited passport service recently.

Once again I was completely satisfied by receiving my new Visa in about a week (including a holiday)! VisaHero kept me informed of my progress, which worked out well, but since it was so quick, not too many messages were needed. I received a text picture of my Visa minutes after VisaHero received my Visa ready for shipping to me via FedEx where VisaHero also texted a picture of the shipping label so I could track the shipment.

Their web site was easy to follow but not quite as detailed as the passport process, still all my processes worked out just fine. Well done. Highly recommended. Thank you, Panda at VisaHero!

Excellent service directly from their website. This is my second time using this service. First time was for a passport renewal, second was for a visa. Online reviews were quick and complete. After receiving my hard copies and digital copy, I ordered more hard copies through their website without delay. Photos were mailed via USPS and arrived in about a week. My photos were accepted by the government, so no problem there. I did not use their application, since my photos originated with a local drug store, so I can't judge the app. It was easy to use their services and I recommend them.

I selected the Expedited service and was completely satisfied by receiving my renewal passport in less than the minimum number of days expected. VisaHero kept me informed of my progress, which worked out perfectly. Their web site also was easy to follow and answered many questions. I have used Airalo throughout the UK and Norway for a month at a time each and found the service to be fast and available at all times. Good prices and service. At first I had some issues with set up, but the excellent customer service via email helped and then I was on my way!
