If I could give them a 0 I would. I bought an American flag that they had advertised. You could get it pre-lit with lights or not. I chose not. When I got the flag it was thin , the material was bad and the threads unraveling. It looked nothing like the picture advertised and I could have bought better quality off of Temu. I requested my money back via email, which is the only way they would communicate. I went round and round with them. They kept declining the return because the advertisement showed the lit version of the flag. The best they would do is give 30% back even though their return policy says they will return it if it’s not as described which it wasn’t. According to them, I couldn’t tell the material was poor quality because it wasn’t lit 🙄. After getting nowhere with them I gave up. I went to their Facebook page to leave a review and they had turned the comments off. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. It’s a scam.

Ordered a camera strap for Christmas gift on Dec 14. Website said all special orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. Mine took 8 days to process before it was shipped. I am still waiting for it to get to me on Dec 28. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I am disappointed that it took this long to receive and will now have to pay to ship it to the recipient of this gift. Do NOT expect that your purchase will be received in a timely manner.
