LVP Renewables installed my system three years ago. The system is working fine. I had some issues trying to connect to the SolisCloud App when I got broadband installed at my house two years after the install. I received immediate help from Brian at that time.
Today 14th July 2026 I had some concerns as the Solis Inverter was running very hot. Again I received an almost instant call back from Brian who assured me that this was normal when working at full capacity.
The reason for this review is to show that years after they completed the install this company is still very responsive and will assist in solving any issues that you may have.

Buyer beware.
They will not refund your money after selling faulty goods. I purchased a ring for my wife when on holidays in Spain, Malsga. Within 24 hours I took it back to the shop in the Train Station, as one of the stones had fallen out. As I was leaving Spain within 2 days their offer of repair would not be done in time. They then offered that I could choose another item. This I refused as their policy is not to return any money regardless of the issue with the product. Again Buyer beware as this company will keep your money even though they sold faulty goods.

Very happy with the service today from Gary at your Tullamore store. He was very helpful assisting us with our purchase of a washing machine. We also received helpful information on a gas cooker we need to purchase. Once We decide on model, we will return to the store.

Very efficient company, great communications throughout from initial order, start of manufacture, prep for dispatch and final email when collected by courier for delivery.
