From the moment we enquired with Reeds Rains in Clevedon to the moment we sold our property, they were nothing short of helpful, engaging and there when we needed them. We had bumps along the way with various parts of the chain falling through but Reeds were on it. Always available to answer any questions we had. If we ever sell again, Reeds will be our team. Leanne was fab. Couldn’t do enough for me and got the perfect surprise holiday planned and booked. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be booking with Flight Centre again for sure!

Ordered end of March, nothing arrived middle of April. Chased and a replacement resent. When the parcel arrived it was someone else’s pictures and I had ordered a photo puzzle.

Got a credit not back rather than a money refund for something that hasn’t arrived. Credit not is useless to me as I won’t be purchasing from you again so you’ve not fulfilled my order and kept my money!
