Over the course of 9 days while I was ill with Covid- I ordered from Just eat twice- the first time the food never arrived and the app said delivered - customer service said the driver left it at the door- I had to attach time dates camera footage to show he didn’t before they gave me my refund. The second time the food was 1hr late and freezing cold- the restaurant is a 3 min drive from my house- I was refused a refund and told that because of my “history” I’m not entitled to reorder or get my money back- my history is apparently complaining about not getting my food a few days before. Clearly a shambles company that will be closing down soon

Hilariously bad- where to start? That a phone company managed to get my phone number wrong-the phone number that they supplied- could not get the installation company to contact me as they had given them the wrong number- corrected the number with installation company myself and then EIR changed it back!!!! So they couldn’t contact me again. When I told them what happened they called me a liar!!!! Lol! After 3 weeks of back and forth they EVENTUALLY realised their mistake and then just A short three weeks later I had tv and internet. Customer service was so bad it was embarrassing... I must have been on a watchlist for them because by the end they just kept transferring me in a loop to different call centre workers. Stay away. It’s literally the worst company in Ireland. I wouldn’t take their service if it was 10e a month and I’m not even joking.
