Ran into a thumping noise in my rear tire. Reached out to support and they immediately responded. At first, I wasn't happy I had to replace the rear motor less than 9 months of having the scooter, but realized I have almost 1,000 miles on the scooter and I've had absolutely NO issues otherwise. No other scooter comes close to this scooter. A bunch of my buddies went out and purchased this scooter after taking a ride on mine. Support was awesome and is still working with me on getting the new motor/tire.

I ordered a customized item (250 VR Goggles) that had a strict due date. My Rep Eva was amazing in getting this very important order processed and delivered on time! Eva's communication was excellent and continuous right from the start to the end!
