I purchased a $10 sale product...somehow got locked into a $60 a month subscription which was near impossible to get out of. Multiple requests to cancelled were ignored. I finally found the subscription buried under layers of pages ( click here, go there, click here, go there). BE CAREFUL. oh, and the product did absolutely nothing.

Terrible experience. They hassle you and promise you the world, oversell and underdeliver. This was realised on the first onboarding session ,before which they had already taken 2 payments out of our account, which they deny.
I have asked to cancel, given that we haven't even started with them yet, and they are refusing.
The site says they are in Canada - they aren't. Do not choose Hostaway for your channel manager.

I haven't noticed a difference other than my last blood test came back with my B12 levels alarmingly high. Had a look at the ingredients and the levels in this product are way above the recommended daily amount. Here's the catch, AGEMATE do not provide a way to cancel the supposed 'cancel anytime' subscription. Sure, you can skip a delivery, but you cannot actually cancel the subscription yourself. You have to write to them to request they do it.

Do not do business with this group. They don't only rip off travellers but businesses also. How they got a contract with the Australian Government is beyond me. Federal Public Service staff booked out our WHOLE property for almost a week ( 6 Apartments) and we haven't seen a cent, coming up 3 weeks. They assured us they would pay the day after check out. Communication has been deplorable, you cant speak to anyone. Email assurances it will be paid are empty promises as each promise fails to materialise. Next step, complaint to the Federal Department directly and media! They should be stripped of their contract.
