Carfax is useless garbage. How they ever got a good reputation is beyond my understanding. First, the facts they offer all all self-reported, so are unreliable. For instance, a used car I just bought was previously owned by a dealer who used it as a demo and loaner car. Carfax reported that it was owned by an individual. Second, their website is crap. The "Original Window Sticker" link is completely dead. For other links, it just sits there spinning and spinning, no response. Third, I paid for two reports yet it won't allow me to get a second one. What a hunk o' junk and a waste of good money.

Their headlines are clickbait and you'll go broke if you follow their stupid advice. Apparently it exists only to present advertising to suckers.

NEVER buy trip insurance from AON. They will take your premium, but they will not pay your claim.

I had to make a claim for a relative who ended up unable to take the trip because of illness. AON delayed and delayed for a year, making extraordinary and ridiculous demands, including full medical history from every doctor my relative had seen. We're talking hundreds of pages! They wanted me to fax them all! Plus more excuses and delays after that. Many hours of work on our part... and in the end, AON still refused to pay.

If getting too ill to take a long-planned and paid-for trip doesn't qualify for a trip insurance claim, what would?

Health insurance companies have a bad reputation, but AON makes those seem saintly in comparison.

Horrendous. It seems like every time I have a delivery scheduled, the driver zooms on by without stopping, then reports that I wasn't home to receive the package. If I try to reschedule for another day on which I will be home, they want to charge me $10! Outrageous!

Not only that, but they seem to have fired all their customer service employees. It is no longer possible to get them on the phone or even an online chat.

Remember how much OnTrac used to suck before they went out of business? They were a dream compared to modern-day UPS.

Twenty years ago, UPS was a good company. Now they suck donkey balls.

I placed the order and they charged my card immediately. Four days later I wrote and asked where's my shipping info? A week after that, they promised to send the items "immediately". A week after that, still nothing from them, so I wrote again. After another week, I wrote a third time.

Now it's been six weeks. Still no response, still no merchandise.

Scam company. Stay far away.

My upgrade order arrived quickly. Products work great. Customer service has been super, and their instructional videos have been very helpful, even essential. A+

They sold me a cheaper policy that they claimed was nearly identical to my current one. When I discovered that it was missing features that I really wanted, I attempted to withdraw my application. They would not assist with that, sending me to the insurance company instead.

They can't be bothered to provide customer service, but they CAN be bothered to call and email me several times per week trying to get me to take the inferior policy they tried to sell me.

Works well enough, but downloads are very slow. Also, there's a 20GB/day limit, very annoying. If they're going to be charging money for this, they should shell out for faster servers.
