I ordered a pair of shoes and they did not fit. Rothys sent me a return slip to attach to the shoe box and said I could either send them back postal service or go to several locations here in Houston to return them and get an immediate refund. I have never had such a good experience in returning an item. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

Beware this is a China company. I ordered shoes that did not fit and was told that I would be responsible for return postage, any duty charges that might be incurred, I must respond within 7 days to everyone of their emails or my request would be dropped. Now I am stuck with shoes that don't fit and no recourse. Do not buy from this company. It also appears there are many reviews that don't sound real.
