what a shocking organisation - the product I purchased did not exist - or apparently it got lost between them and the courier ! And the only way I found out was because I contacted them... never to be trusted !!

A new oven has literally been written off by a gas engineer as a dangerous product that should never have passed a safety test yet they refuse to collect it . NEVER use this company !

Basically just a very good company to deal with - even when a small computer system error occurred today, they answered their phone automatically and said don't worry - and that was the first time I have had to contact them in 4 years ! Other Energy suppliers should take note !

Maksud is always on it and 9/10 times Love Energy have the best prices :)
