CS was ok met all my needs. Could not find this product in my area. Hope the materials and quality are what I was told and read. TIME WILL TELL. Both sofa and love seat arrived on time and undamaged. Major issue, I was informed by all company employees that all upholstery is natural leather/not man made or man processed materials as in bonded leather or any thing less than top grain 7000 leather. They said top grain 7000 leather means animal hide as in cow. Itis obvious to me that all the upholstery is not top grain 7000 leather. About 10 days have passed since I contacted the company by phone and email, I have not received a response as of this date. I have disputed the credit card charges.
