I saw on their website the same flight …
I saw on their website the same flight for half the cost. The cost to cancel my $1080 is $525. I wont be using this website again as they wont even price match on their own website.

We apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced with us we guarantee the fare is the ticket is within the free cancellation period we apologies we were not able met expectation once the ticket number is generated the cancellation penalty applies as all the fare rules are under the control of the airline as you made the reservation with us on 23rd Jan and you contact us on 2nd of Feb to match the price we could have match it if it was on the same day on 23rd Jan after 24hrs of reservation if you make any changes or cancellation the airline penalty will always apply we are so sorry for the bad experience with us thank you!
