I have contacted your customer service via online chat…

I have contacted your customer service via live chat today. Waiting time around 1h :( I wanted to find out if the makeover which I’ve booked tomorrow is redeemable against products and the answer was no. This is so weird to pay for the makeup £60 and you cannot redeem against the purchase on the day.

terrible service

Don't even bother to waste your time to order stuff from Varlesca.Firstly, the english version of the website doesn't work, I tried to order a few times and was unsuccessful then I tried from the polish version. Ordered and after 5 days I've started chasing them as the order status was still in progress. After 6 days, I've found that my order was cancelled however, still I didn't get my money back. Terrible service
